Where To Find A Harvest Job Across Australia

The time has come where we need an enormous amount of workers to get the crops off across all the 20,700-grain farms in Australia. This is just one section that needs workers such as the stone fruit season just about to kick off as well. Here we list all of the recruiting agencies that we know and also any Adhoc roles farmers have put in.

How Much Are You Paid For Harvest?

The minimum pay for harvest workers will be $25.41 an hour as outlined by Fair Work Australia

Grain Receival Sites

GrainCorp: With grain sites across Eastern Australia you’ll be trained up initially and provided with the right PPE gear ready to unload trucks, sample the grain, or weigh the trucks on and off as they come.

Fletchers International: A locally based site for Dubbo in Central West NSW. All the possible roles available and maybe even a career on the other side. A leading agribusiness for Australia shipping grains across the world.

Viterra: A South Australian-based company that offers a huge range of locations.

CBH Group: Western Australian-based casual harvest jobs

GrainFlow: Roles based around the Eastern parts of Australia

Emerald Group Australia Pty Ltd: Emerald Grain is seeking applications for harvest Country Operator positions across its country network in Victoria and Southern NSW. Positions are available from early October through to January and training will be undertaken prior to commencement.

Harvest Recruitment Agencies

AgriLabour: A recruitment agency that places you across a variety of roles. With grain, cotton, mango, blueberry, and broadacre harvests are ready to kickoff.

Seasonal Work Oz: An Instagram-based rural photographer, Heidi, has started recruiting to help the process along. With accommodation, food, and $300 a day you can’t go wrong.
