Operating to different companies they have learned a lot along the way, Their journey of value-adding to their farm is only at the beginning. With more products on the way, there are definitely ones to look out for. They had a problem with cracked lentils from the dryer finishes and severe frosts that they saw that they were seeing diminishing returns from their crop.
