On episode 61 of the Farms Advice Podcast, we are joined by Pip Courtney has her and Jack Cresswell the host of the podcast dive behind the scenes of the carer of Pip. Her journey into agricultural journalism started from a very young age as most of us in agriculture have done so ourselves. She studied politics at the University of Tasmania, where she resided graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986.
Her love for the farm started at her extended family’s farm and not knowing why she couldn’t stay and work on the farm and needing to return home with her parents. She’s followed the footsteps of her father Michael Courtney as he was the editor and journalist of Tasmania Print.
As she joins the Farms Advice Podcast we dive in to find out about the woman who has interviewed the doers and go-getters of the agricultural industry.
