G’day farmers! On this week’s episode we speak with Pieter Van Jaarsveld. From starting out in Aussie ag with this family moving to Australia to becoming a 2021 Nuffield Scholar with his research into rangeland goats. With the limited travel during covid times, he has focused on the domestic market for his research. With goats a money-spinner for large pastoralists and farmers across Australia this is one to listen to and also follow along with Pieters Journey. He looks to establish solid foundations through the associations and genetic lines within his herd and the countries. There is a bit on his plate so let’s get in and see what he’s up to.
